Healthy Changes—Fresh Produce

While I was perusing Food Matters on Facebook, I noticed this comment by Sean Cohen:

“Smart consumers go to farmers market every 4 to 5 days and keep the fresh veggies fresh. don't overbuy, don't underbuy.”

Great advice and so much easier to do in the summer when Farmer’s Markets abound.  I especially like to shop my own market in my backyard garden.  My garden is a bit behind this year due to a very cool and wet early summer, but I am starting to get tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers,  pepper, basil, oregano, parsley, and cilantro.  Almost everything I need for this tomato salad recipe
