I am always inspired by people who overcome great odds to find success and happiness in life. Buck Brannaman is one of those people. Buck overcame a horrific childhood of trauma and abuse to become a recognized “horse whisperer.” In fact, Robert Redford’s character in The Horse Whisperer movie was based on Buck Brannaman, and Buck assisted on the set. While I was painting this past weekend, I watched a documentary about Buck’s life. You can watch the trailer here, and then find the movie on Netflix.
Life Changes
I was so impressed with Buck’s gentle nature and the fact that he consciously chose to not let his past shape him as a human being…what strength and resiliency.
